When we can truly be, love and accept ourselves, we can allow others to be them and we will not only be free ourselves, but we set others free to be them too. Love and valuing ourselves is something not many of us where taught, we were taught to sacrifices ourselves for others, for society and for the community. How can we be anyone or anything for others, if we cannot even be someone for ourselves.

I found that many women say yes to others, and do not realise that often that saying yes to others mean that they are saying no to themselves. You would like to prioritise yourself more. You would like to have balance in your life. You would like to know that you are worthy of your own attention as well as others. You would like to feel enough as you are, and not just when… You would like to love and value the person you see in the mirror every day.

We will walk together as we assess what currently is occurring and are presenting itself in your life, and look at what change you like to experience instead. This is individual for all and therefore two journeys are not the same. You will experience a feeling of love and support all the way. You will get to experience the feeling of being seen and heard. We will look at why things happen in your life and what we can do different so the things we do not want to happen, will not happen again and the things you like to happen, start to happen more and more.
